Mr Pickford (Kai) was an amazing conveyancer that went above and beyond to secure my purchase in the time frame i requested, he was very professional and proficient every step of the way, replied to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, made the whole ordeal as stress free as he could, I can not fault this man, i will be using Kai again in the future and would not use any other company even if you paid me!

Mr Pickford, an amazing Conveyancer!
Mr Pickford (Kai) deserves a promotion or raise, in my eyes he went above and beyond, not by my request but off his own back to secure my purchase in the time frame i requested for my family. He explained steps to me, reassured me when actions outside of our control were in motion, his knowledge is vast and his character is a delight, I knew me and my family were in good hands. I will undoubtedly be using Mr Pickford again in the future and truly look forward to it.
