Very impressed with the whole process including that the original hourly rate when given a voucher for a reduced fee Will was honoured in spite of a subsequent annual rise in the hourly rate. Grateful for caring personal input with very patient help answering my questions, explaining complex inheritance legalities related to Private Pensions & restrictions upon Executorship role of Solicitor. What should have been a simple Executorship of Mrs Crefin's final Will and Testament proved to be anything but the case. There were 2 (Two) Beneficiaries, one of whom was, in my opinion, an narcissist. That is, to my mind, an individual who combines self centred attention seeking traits with an insatiable desire for wealth and possessions at anybody's expense; in this particular case the other beneficiary, his Sister my Wife. I suffered mentally and physically as a consequence of this individual for a considerable period of time and the only way to end this sorry state of affairs was to employ Solicitors to arrive at a conclusion. As an aside and as an example of his behaviour and thought process - just what kind of individual employs an Estate Agent to provide a valuation of his Mothers House the morning following her cremation, when her ashes were barely cold? There are other examples of his behaviour which necessitated the use of Solicitors as you can imagine. Using Levi Solicitors, in particular Connor King, was like a breath of fresh air. His calmness indicated to me that what I and my Wife were experiencing what not that unusual in matters of this nature. His reassurances that this needed to be brought to an early conclusion, and it was, indicated that he had sufficient experience, from previous cases, to relate to our own distress. I would highly recommend Connor who was understanding, patient and lifted, what had become an intolerable burden, from my shoulders. Myself (and my Wife) are immensely grateful to Connor and would not hesitate to recommend his services. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the other Staff, Ellyse in particular, at the Moortown Office for all their help.

A huge thank you to Karen Goulding for everything over the last 18 months or so, after the passing of our Mother. As executor of the will, I envisaged a complicated job ahead. However, Karen was absolutely amazing always answering my questions promptly and never using ‘legal jargon’ which helped me to understand the whole will/probate process easily which made the extremely challenging times easier to bear. I really can’t thank her enough for her compassion and kindness through it all given some ongoing ‘family issues’ between my sister and I and our brother. Her discretion during these awkward times were without doubt, extremely professional and without judgement on either side. A huge Thank you Karen for everything.

We were very impressed with the whole setup of Sweeney Miller and especially with Faraz who was friendly and professional also. The costs were discussed before the process started and didn't change throughout. The process of making the will was explained from the start and was straightforward.
