We recently used OWC to provide conveyancing services for us. My sister and I are appointed executors for our parent's estate. We found them to be extremely efficient, providing a friendly and professional service. All of our queries were answered speedily and any legalities that we didn't understand were explained. The whole process went as smoothly as possible and on time to meet our required completion date. We are very pleased with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them.

My sister and I needed to sell our parents home following them having to move into a care home, and chose Mark Feely was very highly recommended by a family member. We had a difficult journey with buyers and buyers solicitors. Mark was amazing and dealt with everything, and rather than playing pass the email back and forth, he talked to people and resolved the endless issues as they arose. A named executor in the Will did not want to take this on. We know Brachers' excellent reputation. She had an hour zoom call with Emma and Chloe, which was free. We then had an appointment and were both impressed with the professionalism of both! I have severe sight problems which requires all communication in hard copy. We have been kept informed o the work needed, time taken to dot his and costs. We were able to ring and email to speak both to Emma ad Chloe re any queries. Both are at the top of their game, great communicators and humane!

We recently lost a dear family member who held his Will with W&AS Bruce and whose house was in a Trust organised by them. As an appointed executor I felt I was ‘safe in the hands’ of solicitor Janine Toland who expertly supported and guided me through dealing with the wishes of the deceased. This involved the complicated process of applying for Probate through the Court system and ultimately the conveyancing of a property. Janine was very efficient, she communicated progress frequently, explained things clearly and was helpful with any questions I had throughout. As Executor, what felt like a very daunting task at the beginning, was expertly brought to a close with efficiency, a very good level of communication and respect.
