We recently lost a dear family member who held his Will with W&AS Bruce and whose house was in a Trust organised by them. As an appointed executor I felt I was ‘safe in the hands’ of solicitor Janine Toland who expertly supported and guided me through dealing with the wishes of the deceased. This involved the complicated process of applying for Probate through the Court system and ultimately the conveyancing of a property. Janine was very efficient, she communicated progress frequently, explained things clearly and was helpful with any questions I had throughout. As Executor, what felt like a very daunting task at the beginning, was expertly brought to a close with efficiency, a very good level of communication and respect. Thank you W&AS Bruce, I would highly recommend.
