We used Maloco Mowat Parker for both selling our home in Dunfermline and buying a new build, with both settling on the same day. It was a fairly complex linked transaction, and they handled it really well from start to finish. Special mention to Karis, who was the standout for us. She was proactive from day one, always kept us in the loop, and managed the offer stage brilliantly. She really knows what she's doing, gave us honest advice when we needed it and was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. You can tell she cares about getting the right result for her clients, and it made a big difference to us. On the legal side, Laura and Bethanie were excellent. They kept on top of a lot of moving parts, answered every question clearly (and we asked plenty!), and were patient and responsive throughout, even when things on the other side were slow and very tricky! Getting a sale and a new build purchase to line up on the same date is not easy, and they made it happen without any drama. We'd happily recommend them and would use them again. Thank you to all the team to help us make this happen.
