We first met Lauren who was very friendly and made the experience of putting our house on the market very easy. She was very knowledgeable about what all the steps were and what we should realistically expect from the sale of our house. Angela was also lovely and always answered the phone and our questions with ease . Natalie was our sales negotiator and everything went seamlessly. She was very professional and friendly and always kept us up to date with everything that was happening taking time to answer any questions and alleviated any worries we had. Nothing was too much bother. All in all we sold our house within the week and we would recommend maloco mowatt and parker to our friends and family.

All the Maloco. team were amazing throughout the sale of my house. They were very professional, polite, and always helpful. Whenever I had a question, they were very responsive and provided detailed, thorough answers. The house was sold within just 3 days, exactly as Lauren had predicted, and there was no long waiting period before finding a buyer. A special thank you to Karis, who did a fantastic job managing the viewings and keeping in communication with me throughout the process. Also, thank you to Bethany, who kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew what was happening behind the scenes. Thank you to the whole team for making the selling process so smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate all your hard work and support. Thank you all! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Maloco Mowat Parker. Special mention to Karis as my sales negotiator in the sale of my home. A joy to interact with, she provided lots of updates and advice along the way achieving multiple offers and notes of interest and selling at a price I'm very happy with within 7 days of listing 🥳 Also to Keiran for ensuring the marketing was top notch and the house was shown to its absolute best and Lauren for her pre maternity leave support and guidance too! I'm now moving over to the conveyancing team to further support with the sale and purchase of my new home 🏡 Maloco Mowat Parker, a winning team all round!

Was very happy with my experience of using Maloco Mowat Parker in the recent sale of my house. Lauren gave a great first impression of the firm when she came to do the appraisal and my sales negotiator, Karis was fantastic in securing me a great offer on the property. I also used the firm for conveyancing and Bethanie did a perfect job with a few small legal issues that needed attention. Eveytime I needed to contact any of the staff members at Maloco they were all extremely helpful and prompt in returning any correspondance. I would highly recomend to anyone looking to sell!
