Selling your house? I would highly recommend Maloco Mowat Parker in Dunfermline as this is a company that really look after you from start to finish - all the staff make it the dream team! After the initial sales presentation and valuation from Lauren (which was brilliant and very accurate), we had confidence in MMP from the get-go. We were not disappointed. Property pictures going live on the website producing lots of qualified appointments happened in quick succession as soon as we'd pressed the button and the For Sale sign board went up. Within a few weeks the SOLD message appeared on the board. A big thank you to Keiran, Elaine, Karis, Eve & Emma for all their excellent work in making this happen. As MMP are also solicitors as well as Estate Agents, we'd chosen them to do the conveyancing too, and again were not disappointed. Laura and Paralegal Bethanie sprang into action at this point, making light work of all the legal paperwork and made what can be quite a daunting part of any sale, a simple and easy process - thank you so much. From our initial estate agency enquiry it took Maloco Mowat Parker, less than 12 weeks to get our property valued, marketed, sold and exchange completed. Choosing this local firm was the best decision we made as first time sellers. They took all the stress and hassle out of selling our property, and for that we are extremely grateful. Safe to say it was a real team effort starting originally from their member of staff Emma, who called us almost immediately to arrange the valuation appointment, which in turn was completed by Lauren. Lauren took her time to explain the whole sales process, answered any questions we had, and really knew the local market which helped with her providing a really accurate valuation. My wife dealt with the team who came out to the property to take the professional brochure photographs (sorry never caught their name) however they did a fantastic job in capturing the house brilliantly. Eve was next and super quick to create and release the excellent property schedule used to market in less that a week. Then it was over to Elaine, who to took care of all our sales negotiation for us and kept us updated on both ours and buyers positions. I'm glad she was in our corner hahaha! Once we received and accepted the offer, the deal / exchange was completed by Bethanie, and we are so glad we kept our estate agency and conveyancing all under one roof. All this under the stewardship of Laura & Stacey, who I can only imagine are great Directors to work for. Thank you all!
