Rachael was able to present her obviously thorough understanding of the law using straightforward and clear language. She drew up my will and LPAs and whenever we communicated (whether in person, by phone or email) I received a warm welcome. I also had the sense that my thoughts and feelings were being valued, felt confident in Rachael’s professionalism and at all times understood what was happening. Excellent!

We instructed Alster Kelley to deal with our recent purchase. Helen Checketts was our solicitor and was excellent and responsive in her communication throughout. Buying a house can be stressful but she made it a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend both Helen and Alsters Kelley.

The trainee solicitor, Charles Ling was helpful, clear, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He managed the selling of a family, probate property which required considerable co-ordination of diverse parties within a buying and selling property chain. I'd like to thank Charles for his calm approach, whatever was in the offing, and his good humour throughout. I wish you all the very best in your career.

Kerin & her team, having dealt with our late daughter's estate also guided, drafted and achieved our LPAs. As ever, throughout, we were helped with sensitivity; efficiency and patience. We are most grateful for all the help we received at a difficult time for all the family.

Abdul Kayani steered us through this complex and sometimes frustrating matter, professionally and speedily. The matter involved liaising with an American law firm in relation to an intestate estate in America. Not surprisingly, the matter presented Mr Kayani with novel and unusual issues, which he dealt with very competently.
