I cannot recommend Gepps Solicitors enough. Over the past 3 years, they have assisted me during the toughest time when my brother passed away. He died intestate during lockdown. I firstly dealt with Chantelle Bradley, who assisted in settling probate, at the same time writing my Will along with my LPA and EPA. It took a year for probate to be granted and after Chantelle had left Gepps, I dealt with Raine Cozens, who assisted me with many issues with my late brother's property which suffered a serious of leaks, finally taking almost 2 years to sort out. I was also given advice by Gepps litigation dept during this time. whilst Raine has been on maternity leave, I have been dealing with Alison Kendall, who helped finalise my late brother's final estate accounts.
