I had multiple legal matters to deal with at the same time and after contacting Hewitt's about one of them Rebecca took on my case and I was so impressed with how she dealt with it right from the onset going well above and beyond what I was expecting, so much so that before it had even been concluded I had decided to bring my other outstanding legal matters to Hewitt's (despite having an appointment already booked elsewhere for one). Myself and my family recently used Thompsons Solicitors to sort out POA for my mum and dad. My dad is housebound and we weren't sure how we would go about managing this but the process was very simple and we were all fully informed on every step of the process. The forms were simple to fill out and everything else was done over two Teams meetings with Rosyln and Hayden who were really friendly and professional explaining everything so clearly to my Mum and Dad. We found the process very easy. We had a fairly simple will so did not need too much advice. We had only a handful of meetings before the actual wills were signed. No complaints whatsoever.
