All good with many thanks to Emily & Co. Just one minor criticism. We came into your Framlingham office, by appointment, to sign our contract, etc. This involved one contentious point for discussion and also required the documents to be read over to my visually impaired wife. I think we should have been seen in a private interview room instead of the reception area. We were told the interview rooms were 'in use' but I suspect this only meant that members of your staff were using them and did not care to be disturbed. I highly recommend Parfitt Cresswell Limited for an extremely professional tentative approach in renewing my mother’s will. From start to finish the whole process was dealt with in a friendly manner, my elderly mother required a home visit and Simon Landivar had no issue in attending. He dealt with my mother in a very professional manner whilst at the same time approaching the subject in a friendly understanding level of the process, and taking the time to explain everything in clear understandable English. Simon left my mum feeling very confident and secure knowing her last will and testament was professionally drawn. The whole experience with Parfitt Cresswell Limited was faultless. My husband and I wanted to renew our old, mirror wills. I 'Googled' solicitors, will writing and executors. I read a number of reviews, and eventually selected Judge and Priestley. I made contact with the firm by phone, and was given the name of the solicitor who would be dealing with our case. We met Russell Ali face to face in a couple of days or so. Everything went well. Every aspect was explained to us clearly. We were treated with respect. The solicitor was knowledgeable and attentive. The mirror wills were signed and finalised in less than a week.We were very happy with the service received.
