I cannot rate GT Stewart highly enough- they are excellent.
Recently I found myself in a spot of bother, through no fault of my own, which had the potential to create issues in both my private and professional life. GT Stewart listened to my version of events, and then presented their recommendation, which I followed, and I believe brought about the right outcome. I honestly do not believe I could have achieved the same result on my own.

I was in a recent proceedings case..
I had Sara Hormcastle at GT STEWART and she was amazing with my case. At every turn, court hearing and review, she was more attentive, organised and detailed than I ever expected. At all costs she was determined to recieve my best outcome, she was on top of every obsticle and fought through them all. Every singke amount of paperwork was sent and signed on time to the court. She alwsys had mine and my families best insterest first and was upfront and honest about my progress and thoughts on what my best and worse outcomes woukd be, in which i found extreamly useful. She was upfront to the professionls in the case and if they wasnt doing their job properly she was quick to make sure they did! I highky considered Sara throughout to be on the phone whenever i needed her, every email was answered to and if and when away from her desk made sure i knew who to contact and gave me their full details to make sure i never felt alone. I cannot fault the work she done for me and guidence she gave me throughout the process. We got so close me and Sara Horncastle that it was great satisfaction she said i could call her whenever things that should be done after the case werent done and told me she would still make sure plans were persued properly! She was absolutely brilliant! If you need a family solicitor look no further! I promise you wont be dissapointed! I certainly wasnt! Seriously Sara you are an amazing family law solicitor, i cannot thank you enough or fault you at all.

This lady has no professionalism at all would not listen. Was given the case 5 mins before court. She didn’t have a clue what she was doing. She was even laughing away. She did not explain anything to me. When I asked to speak I was told to sit down be quiet. She also gave important paper work to late in the case when the judge was handing out sentence. She put someone away in prison for not being able to do a proper job. Which she had taken an oath to so. So now I have to report her & GT Stewart to the SRA. PLEASE AVOID this law firm if you are not wanting out on prison even tho you should not be there. How many more innocent people are in prison because these lawyers don’t lead by example for their clients. To say I don’t know your case sorry. Then why would Kevin Williams give her a case. I spoke to him about & was reassured he would deal with this. I have just spoke with Kevin. He admitted they should not be out in prison. So answer me this then Kevin. Why is he in prison. Why would yous be so cruel as lawyers to do this to someone & their family’s.
we have be put through so much to have an outcome like this. So wrong on so many levels. I want this lady to accept she did not do her job. This person was wrongly convicted should be home with his family. He’s not because of her failing to do her job. I have told Kevin Williams I will be complaining to the SRA about this & taking it further. This lady need her licence taken away from her before she wrongly imprisonments someone else.
Please be very careful you have the right solicitor before you go to this company.

My son was charged with an offence and GT Stewart were the duty solicitor assigned and have supported us through the process. Kevin Williams, the lead case officer has been responsive to all of our questions, providing clear and helpful advice and support, and the array of other colleagues we have dealt with (representing our son at court and supporting Kevin) has been professional and courteous. I hope not to have to need the services of GT Stewart in similar services, but will certainly recommend them to any that might need support.

I can’t thank Mr Morris enough for his help on my homeless case. I was told I would be made homeless by my council and it was my fault with nowhere to turn, thanks to Mr Morris’s dedication and hard work fighting my corner, the decision was overturned and myself and children have now been permanently housed. I owe this firm everything. I honestly can’t thank him enough and would happily use again in the further If needed.

I am extremely annoyed at fact that I have made numerous communications with this firm and all I seem to get (for over a month) is dis connected calls (when waiting to get thru to reception), no replies to emails and no courtesy call backs from my legal reps.
GT Stewart this is unacceptable and I know why first hand why your Google & Trust Pilot ratings are so low compared to Stuart Miller.
It's 2024...You gotta be more professional💯
