I cannot thank Kevin Williams enough for the exceptional legal aid representation he has given to me, my family and the person involved that he was representing.
He went above and beyond the call of duty to help in what has been an extremely difficult and traumatic situation for all involved.
I would never have expected to get the level of service that he gave his client and our family especially as it was legally aided but the service was no different whatsoever!
Kevin was so very helpful and caring too which meant so much during this very hard time.
He has always taken phone calls and answered emails, out of hours too, nothing has been too much.
He delivered a truly great result and I just can’t thank him enough for all he has done, he has been so very helpful and supportive too. He is extremely knowledgeable and brilliant at his job. Thank you so very much Kevin, you’re a superstar and a credit to your company. 🙏

Harry Charalambous was excellent and professional throughout
This review is for a different branch.
Harry advised me as the duty officer for a serious criminal assault accusation. Harry understood the position quickly and gave clear and professional advice to help and assist in giving a comprehensive and detailed video recorded interview. Harry kept in close contact to update me on progress and the communication was excellent. The case was ultimately dropped without charge and no further action by the police in less than 4 weeks. I'd highly recommend to use Harry and would have no reservations to use him again.

Terrible experience with Max and Alison child care team. Listen to issues, say its all wrong and they can help, then for 2 weeks desk hope your case because all too busy, staff changes or on holiday constantly and Communication is shocking. Some good people here no doubt, just child care / family law team are terrible.
