Ness, Jack & Ronnie have been amazing from start to finish. They have been professional throughout and covered all bases to get the best possible outcome for my daughter. Their dedication and hard work resulted in the cps dropping charges which really was the best outcome given the full circumstances I have to give a standalone shout out to Ness though as much of our communication has been via her The service, communication and professionalism of Ness has been second to none. We cant thank you enough!

I was given GT Stewart and Jack after unfortunately landing it prison in unfortunate circumstances that was a 90% wrongful conviction. Jack and Ness dealt with me from start to finish and understood my situation remaining unbiased with the one sided evidence from CPS. They fought hammer and nail and were always clear and concise on possible outcomes but followed my instructions and stuck with me to the end and eventually got my main charge dropped with their tenacity. GT Stewart are the only company I will consider moving going forward now if I ever need them. Thank you both.

My son and I were fortunate enough to have Ness allocated to us to represent my son (28) who has a complex learning disability. The challenge was surrounding my son’s capacity to understand the legal process and if he had from the beginning. As a parent I had challenged the police and stated he did not have capacity in complex information or decision making. Ness recognised that my son has a significant impairment and questioned if he should have been interviewed at all. This insight has halted/stopped a process which should have been picked up sooner. Ness saw a person beyond the process and the appropriate outcome happened on the day.
