Following my sons arrest and first ever interaction with the Police, GT Stewarts Solicitors were recommended by a colleague to build a defence case following being charged of GBH with intent.
From the first interaction with Jack Stewart prior to the PTH, Jack gave us a huge amount of confidence in his willingness and desire to defend my son. Jack maintained continued contact with us during the time my son was on remand, and then was successful at a bail hearing five weeks later.
Jack was available to both my son and I, answering whatever questions we had throughout the process, and was available at all times of the day and night regardless of his working hours, and made it a very personal experience in what was an awful time for our family.
Our family owe a huge debt of gratitude to Jack for not only his hard work, but for making what was an awful time for us all a lot more endurable . Thank you
