I engaged KLR to administer my divorce proceedings, these turned out to be lengthy! I dealt solely with Preeya Rampersad throughout. Preeya gave me clear , concise, accurate advice which she always fully explained. This gave me the ability to respond to any questions with full information. She was always positive and certainly kept me on point at times when things dragged ie during Covid. It has been an absolute delight in dealing with my solicitor who has been approachable, knowledgeable and such a high level of professional service from the very start. Mr. Dawson assisted and ensure both cases were with a very positive outcome, gaining a live in and prohibited steps order, making sure that the Family were safeguarded properly from other parents perpetrating behaviour. In a difficult case, where it was told the name change of Child would be difficult to approve, my solicitor remained an insight of calm and expertise and challenged on all points, securing a change of Childs name which looked like would not happen. My solicitor was able to have this success. Thank you so much, will be forever grateful.
