“Throughout was has been a long and difficult four years plus, whereby for their own reasons, my siblings enlisted me as the main representative of the process between Sion Roberts and ourselves to settle our parents affairs, including clearing and selling their home, which proved to be a most difficult task. I can only give the highest praise to Sion who has been exceptional throughout, from what may have seemed the tiniest possibly irrelevant queries, through to the larger more important issues. His professionalism, great communication, unending knowledge, and above all his empathy have been for me so important and welcome. In my opinion Sion went over and above throughout the whole process, when I found things overwhelming it was as if her were holding my hand and gently telling me we would get through and we did. Sion's support of myself throughout goes beyond words and my gratitude to him goes beyond words also. Losing a parent is devastating losing both so close together 'just five days apart' goes beyond that. Sion understood this and his care of my feelings and sometimes total loss as to seeing an end where I felt I could finally lay everything to rest and grieve properly, has been unwavering.
