Generally speaking, I have been very happy with the way that the Estate has ben handled. There was a positive reaction to suggestions such as chasing HMRC and other organisations causing delay, and information was provided when requested and was clear and concise. Our solicitor was kind, friendly, helpful and approachable, apart from having the usual high standard of professional knowledge. If I have a complaint, it was how the sale of the property was handled by the Winchester office in the initial phase of the sale. Happily, matters improved when there was a change in solicitor, albeit that I was not informed immediately.
