My wife and I are in our 90s and needed to make final wills and appoint Powers of Attorney - quite overwhelming tasks at our age involving several visits to our home and much paperwork. This was done by Amy in a friendly but professional way and after many months waiting for the Office of the Public Guardian to approve and register the documents all is now in place. All very much very much appreciated.

Quick to get an appointment, everything explained fully ,friendly atmosphere, professional service given.

We instructed Alster Kelley to deal with our recent purchase. Helen Checketts was our solicitor and was excellent and responsive in her communication throughout. Buying a house can be stressful but she made it a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend both Helen and Alsters Kelley.

I recently used Borneo Martell Turner Coulston to write my will, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the first meeting, Susan was friendly, clear, and reassuring. Susan's calm, professional approach made what can, for some, be a daunting and emotional process, straightforward and stress-free. Susan explained everything in plain English, answered all questions patiently, and supported ably by Leanne ensured the final document truly reflected my wishes and that every detail was accurate and in line with what I wanted. I appreciated that during the process I felt listened to and respected. I'm grateful to all at BMTC for making the process so smooth. I recommend them to anyone seeking expert, compassionate support on such legal matters.

The trainee solicitor, Charles Ling was helpful, clear, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He managed the selling of a family, probate property which required considerable co-ordination of diverse parties within a buying and selling property chain. I'd like to thank Charles for his calm approach, whatever was in the offing, and his good humour throughout. I wish you all the very best in your career.

Kerin & her team, having dealt with our late daughter's estate also guided, drafted and achieved our LPAs. As ever, throughout, we were helped with sensitivity; efficiency and patience. We are most grateful for all the help we received at a difficult time for all the family.

I would like to thank Kim Hopkins for her help when taking over preparation of my Will. She explained the contents very clearly so I could understand.

All good thanks and special thanks to Clare Nichols who was exceptional, not forgetting Abigail Pitt who was also very courteous. Much appreciated by my husband and I.

I am very happy with the service I received at Hegarty and would highly recommend, I would also use again in future.
