My family and I instructed Tom Howcroft and Forbes Solictors to help us retrieve the value of a property. The case involved probate law, and the possiblity of constructive and/or resulting trusts. My family were up against a very dishonourble party, who used every underhand trick in the book to prolong the case. Forbes at all times acted with dignity, with a full understanding of the law, with a focus on the outcome, and adapted to any of the opposing party's latest deflections. The outcome was successful; and my family were pleased. It was a difficult case.

We have recently used the Mapperley branch to sort out Grant of Probate and will also be using them for conveyancing. Jasmin Marshall who dealt with the probate was very professional but lovely at the same time. She put us at ease at what was a difficult time for us, and made the whole process much less painful.
