Once contacted Forbes quickly explained process by phone then sent email that detailed the requirements for the promptly arranged meeting with Rebecca Rushworth the Solicitor appointment to lead on the procedure. The meeting to start the Will was carried in a very friendly and professional manner. All the detailed legalities of the process were explained by Rebecca and any questions dealt with thoroughly. Within a short period the draft Will was posted to me inviting me to freely check it for anything that I may need clarification on. This I did and my queries back to Rebecca were promptly explained to my satisfaction ; plus any and minor changes to the will were implemented before appointment arranged to sign the finalised will.
