This work covers creating and updating wills and other matters that shape how your estate is managed after death, together with related estate planning. A solicitor in this area drafts clear, legally valid wills, helps appoint executors, advises on trusts and tax implications, and can advise on guardianship for children. They gather and review assets, arrange registration of the will, and assist executors in probate and estate administration, ensuring your instructions are legally effective and enforceable.
