Nimalee Bastian-Carter drafted our wills after a face to face meeting. She was pleasant and approachable, and made useful suggestions for clauses in the will. She had good knowledge of will draftying, as she was a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practictioners). The final cost was exactly as quoted, and they stored our wills for us at no extra charge.
