My sister and I decided to pursue making a claim for my late Mum, who developed a grade 4 pressure sore whilst in hospital. It was an awful time for us and we had reservations about making a claim against the NHS. NHS claim for pressure ulsers
I worked with Jon around a claim against the NHS for severe pressure ulcers as a direct result of lack of care. From the very start Jon kept me informed, kept things simple to understand, made me aware of every step of the case including what is a reasonable amount to expect from the life changing scaring. Jon exceeded the amount through negotiation and got me the amount deserved for the life changing scarring and ongoing impacts. I would definitely recommend Jon and his firm of solicitors. Jon is an absolute credit to the firm. They also only took 25% of part of the claim with no hidden fees.
