I really can’t recommend Naheed and her team enough. I’ve already recommended her to all my friends and family who are looking to buy/sell houses. Nothing was too much of an ask and she always kept in touch throughout the process so there was no need to chase her. She was really thorough in her work and explained everything to us so we were always on the same page. She was really supportive and made our complicated case much easier to deal with.

We sold my Mother's house, bought a new house and sold our own previous house and business through Huthart's this year (2021). Three major tasks!
Throughout, Naheed was our main contact - she was efficient, thorough, pleasant and supportive. She reassured us during stressful times and we felt confident in her.
Occasionally, we also dealt with Terrie who covered when Naheed was away. Terrie was also helpful, patient and pleasant.
We don't expect to be buying or selling anything else for a while - maybe forever - but we'd be returning to Huthart's and hopefully Naheed and Terrie for any future legal help we may need.

As a family we can not thank and recommend Hutharts enough, Naheed and the rest of the team have been amazing during what was a very emotional time for us.
Due to a family bereavement we has to sell a property which had many added complications and we encountered many hurdles as part of the Sale, but Naheed and the team were brilliant and stepped in on many occasions ensuring what needed to be done got done! Naheed was super helpful and knowledgeable and really supported us during a very difficult time.
We want to thank them and would not hesitate in recommending using Naheed / Hutharts for residential conveyancing.

Hutharts was recommended to me by a family member who is a commercial lawyer in Newcastle and had heard good things about this firm. We've used the Hutharts to sell two buy-to-lets in the past year and the service has been a complete breath of fresh air in comparison to firms I have used in the past. Straightforward, easy to deal with, quick to respond to queries and very good value for money. We are now using the firm to undertake the legal work on the sale of our own home and the onward purchase and I would not hesitate to recommend them. A special mention to Terrie Stoker, our usual point of contact, who is a great asset to the firm.

I instructed Naheed to act on my behalf in the sale of a property. From the time of instruction to the completion date (9 weeks) I was kept informed of progress and advised well throughout the process. The fee was very reasonable and the sale went through smoothly without complications. An excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending this firm for similar transactions. Hutharts acted on our behalf on our first step into property development. Having dealt with other solicitors for personal property we have a good gauge of where the service can vary.
We were happy with the urgency of speed we required and how meticulous Naheed was in ensuring each detail from the vendor was addressed. This alleviated concerns of potential pitfalls developing too late in the process!
We will definitely be returning to Hutharts for future purchases and sales.
