Naheed was my solicitor at O’Neill Richmond Law firm for the sale of my previous home and purchase of my new home. She was fantastic from start to finish. We sold my Mother's house, bought a new house and sold our own previous house and business through Huthart's this year (2021). Three major tasks! Throughout, Naheed was our main contact - she was efficient, thorough, pleasant and supportive. She reassured us during stressful times and we felt confident in her. Occasionally, we also dealt with Terrie who covered when Naheed was away. Terrie was also helpful, patient and pleasant. We don't expect to be buying or selling anything else for a while - maybe forever - but we'd be returning to Huthart's and hopefully Naheed and Terrie for any future legal help we may need.
As a family we can not thank and recommend Hutharts enough, Naheed and the rest of the team have been amazing during what was a very emotional time for us. Due to a family bereavement we has to sell a property which had many added complications and we encountered many hurdles as part of the Sale, but Naheed and the team were brilliant and stepped in on many occasions ensuring what needed to be done got done! Naheed was super helpful and knowledgeable and really supported us during a very difficult time. We want to thank them and would not hesitate in recommending using Naheed / Hutharts for residential conveyancing. We are also going back to seek further guidance on a Will, due to how first class they have been.

We used Hutharts for conveyancing - buying and selling a property. The purchase was a total nightmare and fell through in the end, but Terrie was fantastic - given how busy conveyancers are at the moment she was so responsive and supportive. Good value too - highly recommended.
