I should have listened to Imrans Riazs advice. Very straight up and to point. Unfortunately rather than taking his legal advice only board I took my family members advise which was incorrect and cost me a lot of money. I should have stuck with him rather than going elsewhere. His prediction was 100% accurate. He is a great solicitor and I recommend that you follow his advice.
Imran Riaz was fantastic from beginning to end. He was able to quickly and efficiently understand my case, whilst managing my personal expectations where others had lacked composure to do so. What sets Imran apart is his personal tone, confidence and directness. He was able to pitch my case with absolute balance and clarity. In these days of eye-watering legal fees, we were amazed by Hutharts' value for money. And their persistence and patience gave us full confidence in the final outcome. We will DEFINITELY be returning to them when the next need arises.

Edit: This reply has zero relevance to the conversation I had with Gillian. This is not my case that you are describing so I find it alarming you have assumed who you think it might be. You have gone into details of a case that’s not even relevant to this review. Again just highlights how unprofessional you are Gillian is very rude. Didn’t let me speak or explain why I needed help just speaks over you. It was honestly exhausting. Think she just wants the easy jobs where it’s just a simple case of signing your name. Even if she said she would take on my case I wouldn’t bother as that first impression is enough to put you off
Thank you for your comments. You told me you sold a leasehold interest in a property a year ago which was registered by your solicitor as a £1 transfer. You then advised me that you had a separate private transaction with the buyer for which you expected him to pay you £10000 and to transfer the property back to you and that you had not received the property or the £10000. I told you to take this up with your original solicitor because I was not prepared to take it on and you had been foolish not to have been honest with your solicitor in the first place. You put the phone down on me before giving me the opportunity to advise why I could not agree to act for you. I am a solicitor and reserve the right to refuse to act for clients who I suspect have acted or intend to act dishonesty . Nevertheless I wish you luck in recovering the money.
Avoid ! Gillian Unprofessional rude arrogant attitude . Called for advise on a legal dispute which I needed assistance with to resolve. Gillian the woman over the phone from the offset was rude , and very unprofessional did not give me a chance to explain the situation and she spoke over me every chance she had . She made it impossible to outline the points of my case and I was shut down by her . On multiple times no less than 6 times she called me I quote ' your stupid ' her words not mine .. I find it so unprofessional that a so called solicitor can act in such a way in calling someone who has called for legal assistance to be called that and be put in a position of being humiliated. She absolutely paided no attention to what I was saying just spoke over me even without listening to what my case was about and any key points I needed help with . Ended up putting down the phone when she called me ' I'm stupid ' being called that by a solicitor is not what I call professional once is not even acceptable but called it over 6 times ! Avoid
Sir, you are not and have never been a client of ours. I have no idea who you are but suspect you have never spoken to me directly and none of my staff recollect talking to you. I would never call anyone "stupid" though if you had done something foolish, I would not hesitate in saying so. I think I would remember telling someone they were stupid six times!! I suspect you make it your business to post bad reviews on other businesses sites.
