Was recommend by two friends but I would not recommend, communication was not the best I had to chase a lot to find out what was going on and what documents we were missing to progress sale. Every time you ring you dont often get through to the person you want to speak to, reception just says they are on the other line All staff were pleasant but the actual service was not the best so would not use again or recommend

I would like to highly recommend Iris Law Gateshead for conveyancing. Patricia and her assistants gave us tons of support and kept us up to date with every move. We had numerous problems from incomplete title deeds to correct, to valuation difficulties, to the buyers possibly pulling out but they managed to leap over every hurdle placed in our way. Following my previous positive experience, I did not hesitate to approach Patricia Dempsey, from Iris Law, for the conveyancing of my next home. Patricia’s skill and knowledge was evident at every point of this somewhat complex piece of work. She showed excellent communication skills, not only keeping timely contact with me, but also clearly and patiently explaining the nuances of issues arising. Patricia’s breadth of knowledge was immense, ranging, for instance, from the transfer of title, to building regulations and local authority statue, (historic and current), and how this impacted the property. Her professionalism and ability, moreover, was balanced with a deep commitment to act in my best interests. Whilst I read the relevant material, for example, from the deeds and searches, I missed several issues. Patricia, however, produced a report that showed she had not only read the, (many, lengthy), documents, but had analysed them and identified concerns. Other parties, furthermore, pressured me to waive my rights. Patricia immediately intervened, advocating successfully for a reasonable outcome. She also helped me make better decisions, persuading me to reconsider by drawing upon the negative impact of similar circumstances she had witnessed. To conclude, thanks to Patricia, I was able to buy the house I wanted in a manner that safeguarded my investment. I have, therefore, complete and utter trust in Patricia’s ability and integrity, and can not recommend her, and Iris Law, highly enough.
