Enquired about a military claim for NIHL as I was in the armed forces 1984 to 1996. They accepted but then phoned me to say they cannot take on the claim as I joined the forces before 1987. This is wrong as my service continued on until 1996... so that is well after 1987. Not very knowledgeable on the parameters of what can be claimed. Other solicitor firms had no problem with the dates.
My son was involved in an accident involving a school bus, which he was a passenger on. The accident caused him and his school friends to suffer a variety of injuries, such that it was necessary to make a claim against the bus company. We decided to use the services of Neil Hudgell and his team of solicitors. Our solicitor, Rebecca Cone, was amazing and guided us through each step of the process, always on hand to answer any questions we may have had. Amy Rossall dealt with my skin cancer misdiagnosis cae.it dragged on a bit and the doctors tried to pass the buck,but Amy fought for me all the way and always kept me updated and responded quickly.luckily I won my misdiagnosis and medical neglect case,.the doctors knocked the amount down and were a bit difficult at times,but Amy gave it her best shot.thankyou x
