House Sale
My husband and his sister inherited their mother's house which was in a Trust. The Trust was complex and the sale difficult. Towards the final days of completion my husband died unexpectedly after a short illness. Throughout the entire process Kerry (and Sarah) at Nicholson & Morgan have guided us with professionalism and compassion. They were easy to contact and happy to clarify any aspects of the process that we were unsure of. At a very difficult time for us we at least felt reassured that the ongoing House sale and Trust issues were in capable hands. We could not recommend this company more highly and are so grateful for their expertise and service.
