We bought a property with the assistance of William. William was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process even when we had numerous upsets from the seller’s solicitor. I would definitely use Thomas Magnay in the future!

Thankyou for making this long journey more bearable after the death of my father, you think you have everything in place but how wrong you can be. With the help and advise from Edward Magnay and his son Will and of course their team everything has now been completed and my family and I feel some closure.
I live away from the area and used previous reviews in order to select this practice to handle the sale of my late fathers property. From start to finish, it was a stress free sale (for me anyway) and most importantly, there was excellent communication and frequent status updates from Bronwen and her team. I highly recommend this company for conveyancing. Not necessarily the cheapest but they work on your behalf.
The service provided was outstanding with William going the extra mile at every opportunity to expedite the sale of our home.
