I was involved in a road traffic accident approximately 2 and ago and suffered serious back pain , before the accident I was active and working all the hours I could however after the accident I was unable to carry on with my daily chores and became housebound. I was not socialising and developed low mood, anxiety and panic attacks. I did not claim for my injury as I did not believe in the claim culture. My doctors were unable to help me and referred me to other doctors at the hospital but no diagnosis. The appointments were taking forever to see a specialist. With my savings going down I was down and felt like I couldn’t support my family. My wife then contacted a few solicitors and she found Imran from Wingrove Legal the most positive, informative, honest, direct, and helpful one who understood my pain and frustrations. He invited me and my wife for a conference to discuss matters. I was extremely nervous as I've never had to deal with solicitors before. Imran made me feel like there was light at the end of the tunnel and made me feel completely at ease and put my mind to rest. He submitted my claim, got me an interim payment to help me financially, he booked me in with specialist’ doctors to determine my diagnosis. Within 4 months it was determined that I was suffering from chronic pain which was permanent, and he also got me treatment plan. He worked out my past losses and future losses, with all my expenses and submitted it to the third party insurers. Approximately 8 months after instructing Imran I received an offer which was rejected as it was below Imrans valuation. However, two months later after going back, and forward Imran received a decent offer which I accepted as I did not want to go to court. The offer covered all my losses including treatment paid by the other insurance company and my past and future losses which was totally amazing. Throughout the whole process I felt at ease with the kind and professional approach I received from Wingrove Legal and Imran. He explained the full process to me and also advised that there will be low offers and not expect an instant settlement, he advised that I will need to see specialists and even put me touch with his previous clients who had been through a similar situation to help me and give me confidence to make me see that there was light at the end of the tunnel. His support was absolutely brilliant, his experience and knowledge of my diagnosis was outstanding as he was very patience with me and understood my mood swings most importantly my pain. I cannot thank or recommend Imran and Wingrove Legal enough. Throughout the period of the claim, they have been professional, supportive, communicative. I have been well informed about progress all along too. Since the accident my life was very unpleasant however with the support of Imran and his team it is now very pleasant and ever so grateful with the help and support which he has provided. The case was time consuming, challenging, and complicated, but Imran rightly persevered to bring the correct outcome. Thank you all very much.
