Claire at Springle & Co has been amazing. If you are familiar with the FTC/PTC trust scandal, and the appointment of Kroll as Administrators, then you will appreciate what a mess this whole stressful situation is. Claire helped us navigate through the legal process of getting my late mother’s assets out of the trust with a calm professionalism, prompt communication and sympathetic outlook. First class service.

Like many other families my parent´s house was in Trust with Family Trust Corporation. Springle Solicitors did an outstanding job. Claire worked methodically and tirelessly to restore the Trust and Land Registry documents back to our family name. She also helped register the Trust with HMRC. We couldn´t have done it without her help. Thank you Claire. I would urge anyone with a similar problem to contact Claire as she has extensive knowledge and has good contacts.
