Disgracfull malpractice. never even fought the case and left me outstanding.
David Malone from DJMS failed to respesent me in all avenues. I was arrested for assaulting police of which I did not. I presented all my evidence for DJMS who then failed to fignht the case for me and sided with the police. There was ERO evidence provided by my solicitors who even failed to asked pertinants questions even though there were clear lies in the court by police. If I never took the dock I would of been ound guilty. utter distgusting firm. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT JAIL. SIDE WITH POLICE barrister resigned twice because I would not plea guilty
