An easy experience but alot of information to take in. Over the process period I became of lots of issues which needed further explanation/clarification.They were promptly dealt with and done so in a pleasant and relaxed way. All staff I dealt with were professional and highly competent.

Very professional team who kept me up to date throughout my case. Everything was explained to me throughly which I found very reassuring.
