In my honest opinion the drive and communication was one sided from me. The estate agent didn't receive much back either. I was told everything was complicated before my holidays but found I was receiving daily emails asking for evidence which turned my relaxing holiday in to a stressful nightmare. On top of this my final bill was higher than I expected. I was the driving force to get this completed, communication was poor

We had a fantastic solicitor in Suki Haywood. She was on the ball from the first email and always kept us informed. She was clear about communication methods and got everything we needed over to us really quickly. Her knowledge of residential property purchases and sales was invaluable. Not only that, she spoke to us like an old friend rather 'just another client'. We LOVED this and would recommend her and the team to our friends and family. I used these solicitors recently for both a house sale and purchase and they were absolutely fantastic. Special mention to Kimberley. Kept in touch regularly, got everything moved quickly and nothing was an issue for them. Would 100% recommend.
I cannot recommend this firm enough for conveyancing. Danielle Wallace has been an absolute superstar throughout the entire process of buying our first home. 8 weeks from our first viewing of the property to completion date! The entire team have been fantastic- so knowledgeable and competent. A special mention must go to Danielle, Yenna and to the lovely lady on the reception desk for all they do.
