I used this firm to sell my house
A seamless experience from start to finish. The property was sold within the timescale set out. I was given regular updates throughout the process and the price was set in stone from the outset. Nicola even managed to obtain an indemnity policy at a fraction of the price quoted by the buyers solicitor. Overall a satisfying and impressive service. Highly recommend.

We recently bought and sold a house and were blown away by the service from Yarwood Stimpson. It was a pretty quick sale and purchase with not long to get things done before everyone’s completion date and the whole team there calmly got things done and gave us great peace of mind. Everything went ahead as planned and were so glad that the team was there for us throughout the whole process. And they did it all in such a friendly, unstuffy manner. Top marks!
