Extremely Disappointed with Service – Probate Delays and Lack of Communication I rarely write reviews, but I feel it is important to share my personal experience so that others are fully informed when choosing representation for probate and estate matters. My case, handled by Siobhan Cribbins, has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever encountered. Over the course of more than a year, I struggled repeatedly with a lack of communication and unacceptable delays. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered for long periods, sometimes weeks at a time, leaving me completely in the dark about the progress of my case. After waiting over 12 months without any meaningful resolution or grant of probate, I eventually had no choice but to escalate my concerns to the Legal Ombudsman. Due to the ongoing delays, I ultimately moved my case to a different solicitor, where things are finally progressing. This entire process has caused enormous stress and disruption to my life, and I would strongly encourage anyone seeking probate services to ensure they choose a solicitor who demonstrates clear, consistent, and timely communication. I sincerely hope that improvements are made so no one else has to experience the same difficulties I faced.

We used this company for two wills including powers of attorney based on previous good reviews. After a positive first meeting we were assure we would be “chased” up weekly until completion. Eighteen months later the only contact we have had has been a single letter at the end of July requesting us to contact them as the matter is still showing as outstanding. We made three follow up calls, leaving two messages with our full contact details over the next two weeks in case they had some how been lost, with no contact from Cribbin and Co. Whatsoever. Save your time and money and go elsewhere….

Absolutely dire, no communication in over one year apart from when I’ve been chasing. To make matters worse we were contacting them to sort my dads will and LPA after the recent death of my mum. I could really go on about how bad this company is, I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. I’m glad my life doesn’t depend on them! absolute garbage.

This is a terrible company! No communication whatsover , never experienced anything like it, we have been trying to organise our willl with this cowboy company since March ! Do not use them they are hopeless !
