Contacted in January about wifes pass and estate, executor rights and pensions etc.
By the end of March had not informed mortgage company on passing and had not send an almost completed civil service pension form. Just needed lawyers signature and details. When asked why nothing had been sent was told to find new lawyers.
Thankfully I have and they were on the case straight away.
