Excellent Service and Best Solicitor

I was advised and presented by Riz Pasha, who was extremally knowledgeable, honest and supportive, recently when i found myself in a situation that required legal advise and guidance. Having never been in trouble with the police as I am an up standing citizen and abide by the Law. I was charged falsely for a crime that i did not commit and found myself not knowing what to do for the best, having a clean record i was worried about the impact this could have on me. Due to all the stress and the financial cost of fighting the allegation in court I was going to plead Guilty but thanks to Riz and his services and support he was adamant that i should not plead guilty as i was not and advised me to have faith in the justice system. Whilst i was awaiting for my case to go to The Crown Court I was advised by Riz that my case had been dropped and there was NFA. This was a relief as i was in a vulnerable position and had it not been for the way i was represented at Magistrates Court and the support from Riz in court and advice i could have potentially ended up with a criminal record and a sentence of some sort.

I would definitely recommend B H Mohammed Solicitors to anyone looking for good case management, honesty, support and advice.

As we come to the end of this, let’s talk about Mr Hussain, firstly I want to start off by saying thank you and how grateful we are as a family to have him as a solicitor. BH Mohammed Solicitors, have staff members with such gratitude towards everything, especially Mr Hussain. The compassion and empathy that has been shown towards our family has not gone unnoticed, the way he sits and listens to every bit of detail to support his client finds evidence that is needed, questions are asked to support his case, always answered any questions if we needed any answering. He has been there for us all through this, not just for his client but as I said everyone as a family to. It’s not been easy because he has found himself dealing with a case that could have been worse due to the charges but not once did Mr Hussain let us down with anything. He made sure that his clients evidence was there and taken into account. He is confident, supportive, empathetic, understanding, and we honestly couldn’t have dealt with everything if it wasn’t for his commitment towards the case and us as a family. We really do appreciate everything you have done, everything you have said, the support and knowledge you’ve shown and given us. There company has one of the best solicitors out there. We are truly grateful for Mr Hussain and his hard work throughout this case.

Excellent from start to finish and a good result.

Best solicitors around! I am eternally grateful to Mr Mohammed and my barrister, Harry Lally for their unwavering commitment to my case. I was charged with very serious offences. Mr Mohammed and Mr Lally were extremely professional, approachable and knowledgeable of the law. My case required careful analysis of prosecution evidence which was complex and challenging. I was properly advised and kept updated throughout the proceedings. I cannot recommend BH Mohammed Solicitors enough!
