Money for nothing
Stretched my case for 3 years and didn’t give me any results. I received bills at home every month, all in total paid £12000 and never confronts to speak or appointment at all. Don’t ever go with them, please.

Complete amateurs whose sole focus is money
Avoid avoid avoid!! If you have no option but to use them do your research. remember you are the client and they should be accommodating your instructions and demonstrating client care. You do not need to pay a retainer or sign terms and conditions on first visit - you shpould be given time to think and consider.

Called Bassi regarding certification of documents asked if we were required to book in and they said no, when we arrived they said they were too busy and asked us to come back in half an hour talking in to consideration we went after work and it was already close to closing time. The staff were incredibly rude and we were spoken to through a hatch the place offs locked up like fort knox and seems very hostile upon entry. We returned and were told that the prices quoted to us on the phone was wrong and that it would in fact be £10 more than what we were quoted. They didn’t give us all of the documents requested and when i called the following day to explain this they were rude and argumentative on the phone as opposed to trying to remedy the problem as well as hanging up the phone the member of staff continually spoke over me and tried to correct me when i clearly detailed what i was asking for. Don’t attend this solicitor unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen with discriminatory behaviour and extremely poor service if i could give a 0/0 i would avoid at all
