Lucy was appointed to act on my behalf as the executor of my late mother's estate. During a difficult time, Lucy was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and chased our buyer's solicitors on a daily basis to progress matters to completion. She kept me informed throughout the process and ensured everything moved along at great pace.

Lucy Rochester was extremely helpful throughout my house sale. She took the time to explain the process to me as this was my first sale. She was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. My parents have very recently moved house and used Convey Us for both their sale and purchase - I couldn’t recommend them enough. Lucy Rochester was their appointed contact and she was a credit to the company. My parents aren’t very ‘tech savvy’ and there were points during the sale/purchase where they needed things explained in a way they could understand and she always provided this to them without hesitation.
