Lucy Rochester was extremely helpful throughout my house sale. She took the time to explain the process to me as this was my first sale. She was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. My parents have very recently moved house and used Convey Us for both their sale and purchase - I couldn’t recommend them enough. Lucy Rochester was their appointed contact and she was a credit to the company. My parents aren’t very ‘tech savvy’ and there were points during the sale/purchase where they needed things explained in a way they could understand and she always provided this to them without hesitation. Lucy was very proactive and responsive, always at the end of the phone line and responding to emails. Thank you!
