Fantastic with my first home purchase. Lucy was professional, helpful, accommodating and flexible and broke down the necessary steps to make a bewildering process as easy to understand and smooth as possible. My thanks to Laura who also supported convyenance for my purchase and the receptionist who was also patient and helpful. All work was actioned timely and they were patient and supportive with any queries or concerns I had. No issues with paperwork. As a bonus - I chose Convey Us as I thought it would be worth paying extra for better quality service, the price worked out not much more/about the same as other conveyancers.
