I had an excellent experience with this firm when selling my mum's house. From start to finish, the process was seamless, efficient, and far less stressful than I had anticipated. A special mention goes to Safeer Choudhry, who was exceptional throughout. His communication was outstanding! I was kept informed at every stage without ever feeling overwhelmed by unnecessary updates. What really stood out was his proactive approach. He dealt with issues as they arose, handled the vast majority of matters independently, and only contacted me when he genuinely needed information or a decision from me. It meant I could trust that everything was being taken care of without having to constantly chase for updates or worry about the next step. Fantastic with my first home purchase. Lucy was professional, helpful, accommodating and flexible and broke down the necessary steps to make a bewildering process as easy to understand and smooth as possible. My thanks to Laura who also supported convyenance for my purchase and the receptionist who was also patient and helpful. All work was actioned timely and they were patient and supportive with any queries or concerns I had. No issues with paperwork. As a bonus - I chose Convey Us as I thought it would be worth paying extra for better quality service, the price worked out not much more/about the same as other conveyancers. In short, value for money and good service. I didn't have to compromise 😀
