Fantastic with my first home purchase. Lucy was professional, helpful, accommodating and flexible and broke down the necessary steps to make a bewildering process as easy to understand and smooth as possible. My thanks to Laura who also supported convyenance for my purchase and the receptionist who was also patient and helpful. All work was actioned timely and they were patient and supportive with any queries or concerns I had. No issues with paperwork. As a bonus - I chose Convey Us as I thought it would be worth paying extra for better quality service, the price worked out not much more/about the same as other conveyancers. In short, value for money and good service. I didn't have to compromise 😀

We used Convey Us Legal for our first house purchase and dealt with Saff throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the service was professional, straightforward, and completed very quickly, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Saff was extremely thorough and even identified a small charge on the property dating back over 100 years that could have affected us during a future sale. He handled this efficiently and ensured it was resolved before completion, which gave us real peace of mind. Saff provides excellent advice and it’s clear he is very knowledgeable and highly intelligent in his field. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future property purchases or sales and would highly recommend Convey Us Legal to anyone looking for reliable and professional conveyancing services.
