The regan Peggs fob story

I was contacted in April 2023 by Regan Peggs firm regarding my claim against my former business partner. It was all full of promises and we parted with our money. After trying to get hold of this person we were informed she had left but another person would handle our case. After feeling nervous regarding the competency of the new individual I decided to go to Regan Peggs so called offices in Birmingham. I was left unimpressed by seviced office used by many companies and a total lack of staff from Regan Peggs. I sat with the new very young I believe student trainee and corrected his understanding of the case. After several frustrating months trying to get to speak with anyone I was informed that the new trainee had also left and there was only Regan Peggs. After finally speaking with Regan Peggs late 2023 we were assured things would move swiftly and to this day April 2024 we have had nothing but promises after promises excuses after excuses and have now given up on this very poor service and employed a proper firm.

Just dont do it

Regan Peggs lives in Scotland. He will not represent you in court. He will take your money make encouraging noises about your case, the try and pass you onto a colleague who will tell you to plead guilty. He will let you down at the last minute. He and his team are unprofessional. He is only interested in money. Do not instruct him. Beware!

Absolutely fantastic

Recently we employed the services of Regan Peggs Solicitors. From the very first dealings with initially Charlotte Jerram prior to court appearance and then Gemma Tibbatts who was the solicitor who represented us in court. It was nothing short of an amazingly professional, well organised, extremely knowledgeable, patient, in fact there are not enough compliments that we can say about the dealings with the two individuals that we had the pleasure of dealing with.

Prior to the court appearance, every question, and believe us there were a few, it was answered professional and promptly by Charlotte.

At court, Gemma was amazing, patient very informative, calm and just totally amazing. Her portrayal of our case was just fantastic.

Thank you so much.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm should you need their help.
