The first steps in requesting and providing evidence were easy and clear. There was then very little communication or updates but this greatly improved when I asked for more information and my case was taken on by another member of staff.
I'm happy my requests were taken on board and changes made. No hidden costs after the fact and everything very upfront and clear. I'd happily recommend them.

Smooth process overall from beginning to end to purchase a shared ownership property. The process took just over two months in total. Sometimes slow to reply to emails and difficult to reach over the phone, especially in the days leading up to completion, but everything would be answered eventually and the important work was done diligently. Price was competitive with other solicitors. Would recommend to a friend.

Purchase my property through Shared Ownership in 2023 and best decision was to go with Shared Direction Conveyancing Limited. The team is well experienced and dedicated to support through the whole process with the high standards they provide. Most dealings were through online methods that sped up a lot of things, however some part of the process was required by post due to legal reasons. Getting touch with the team regarding any queries was simple through emails or calls if needed. Highly recommended team if want to ensure everything followed up and dealt with high standards.

Impossible to reach out to their staff. Called the reception several times in order to speak to Rebecca and Tamlyn but have never been able to reach them at all. Wrote them a couple of emails, not getting a reply at all. I wonder if their people are actually working.

We got a few quotes when choosing our conveyancing solicitors and there were a few cheaper ones but Georgia was so professional and friendly we decided to choose SDC on her positive and friendly attitude and we are so glad we did. Our case handler was Helena who was so efficient and professional. She was so knowledgeable and reassured us by being on hand to answer any questions.
