My only comment would be a portable with weekly updates whether no news at lease I know as a customer that someone looking at my file and updating me weekly instead of me wondering and guessing !

Stephen Crow has been so amazing throughout our experience. I'm sure he had so many cases on his plate but he was always able to provide an update when I requested one. It got stressful towards the end but he was able to give very detailed explanations of what was happening and he worked tirelessly to get us where we needed to be. They may be doing a great job, or not. I don’t know because they give nothing other than the occasional automatically generated message. If you hit a bump in the road don’t expect to be told. Don’t expect them to chase information from other solicitors, or give you any information even if you contact by any method. Don’t expect the main office to be any more help than your solicitor. Personally, I’d say give some other solicitor a go.
