The start of the process was very easy. As they specialise in Shared ownerships, they know exactly what to do and therefore it was a very smooth process. I gave 4 stars as the communication in the beginning could be better however it was all good experience.

Avoid this company at all cost. I would have gave zero stars if I could. They are not transparent with costs. Do not expect the quotation to be your final bill. Very underhanded, they know they have you where they want you, we had to find an extra £1100 on completion date or lose our house. They do not respond to emails for days at a time and when they do they are extremely vague and appear uninterested. They completely ignore phone calls and voicemails. We were recommended this company by metro finance so assumed they were reliable. I did not do my research and had to pay the price. So we have our dream home thank fully but had to use the rest of savings that we had ear marked for furnishing our home to pay the unexpected additional cost from this company. They made buying our home extremely stressful.

Everything went very smoothly, and what I really appreciated was that the whole process was handled via email – simple, convenient, and without any unnecessary complications or unpleasant surprises. I always felt well-informed and in good hands from start to finish. Definitely recommended!

Not good enough. The only reason I had to choose them was because they work closely with my estate agency and solicitors, so they know how to avoid causing delays on new build quirks. They were unclear about bank statements reviews and paperwork, we spent additional time and money to re-post a letter, because they didn't accept it, even though it was signed with pen, they did not allow for scanning and re-printing it again, but no one mentioned that before we found out. They did a very poor job reading our bank statements, even though we highlighted all the specifics, they kept on asking for corrections, even though it was their mistakes for not reading them correctly. They ask you to complete a digital assessment, which is very long, and then, very annoyingly ask you for the same information again manually. The biggest mistake is that they wrongly asked us for an additional payment of £10.000,00, and the way the email was spelled out made ot sound like they were correct. We spent a day trying to figure out where this mistake was, eventually we found out they typed one wrong digit from the mortgage advance. It's incredible that this is their job to check everything is correct and yet, at no point anyone thought there was something wrong, all the way until specifying the amount in the email. They refunded the amount quickly and overall they were friendly, usually helpful, and reply quick, but this is expected anyway.

I had such a good experience with them. My biggest thanks to Georgia from Tania’s team, Ollie for completion. I didn’t have any issues with fees, I was billed exactly what was agreed. As well my developer was really difficult and delayed the whole thing by 8 months. Georgia was so responsive and kept me updated along the way. I couldn’t wish for the better team. And now finally my keys will be handed in few days, and this team made my life fraction less stressful. Thank you all!
