The road to Indefinite Leave to Remain, then citizenship is long, frustrating, never smooth and ever-changing and one therefore needs a safe pair of hands to guide one down it. We found those hands in the form of Nelson Cifuentes at TRP Solicitors. For five years he was the calm and efficient rock we often needed as the Home Office moved goalposts but were horribly slow in giving full details.
