Impossible to get in contact. Very rude service
No response from them for few months. Took ages to get 1 step done. No response from them for 2 months at all.completely ignored customer’s request. Totally unacceptable

The worst experience, very rude and no communications, MUST AVOID
Absolutely impossible to contact, won't pick up or respond to calls or texts, appointment at 1:30pm and doesn't show up, the people at office won't even let us in. We have good reason to believe they're lying to delay, and takes weeks to get one step done. Do yourself a favour and don't involve yourself with this scammer. Very difficult to communicate with, no communications and not accommodating at all, very unaccommodating receptionists as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
